Fees & Payouts
Fees are agreed upon during onboarding and vary based on your business risk level, volume, and service tier. All payouts are subject to clearance timelines and may be delayed in case of risk reviews or third-party bank compliance flags.

KingsEdge holds no liability over customer disputes unless explicitly stated in contract.

Regulatory changes that affect your processing capabilities
Delays caused by upstream providers, partners, or compliance reviews
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 30 days prior to the incident.
